I believe art has the power to create understanding and connection between people. My illustration work focuses on transforming personal stories into meaningful artwork, creating commissioned portraits, wedding invitations, birthday cards, and personalized gifts. Working across digital and traditional mediums, I help clients celebrate important relationships and moments through custom visual storytelling. My hope and goal for my art is to bring people together, spreading kindness and happiness through my work.

Seattle Public Library Exhibition: Stories From The Streets

I was selected to contribute a portrait to this impactful exhibition hosted by The Seattle Public Library, where portraits of Real Change vendors were displayed in the Central Library's gallery space through June 2024.

'Nothing says someone cares about you than getting a portrait done.'

This exhibition demonstrates art's power to create social change. It confronts the dehumanization of those experiencing poverty, homelessness, or addiction through thoughtful visual storytelling. Each portrait dismantles barriers by showing Real Change vendors as individuals with unique stories of resilience, strength, and dignity. As one vendor said, "Nothing says someone cares about you than getting a portrait done." This project aims to humanize, uplift, and inspire empathy and understanding.
